I grew up in the French Basque country and am happily married to my Australian husband. I was the Manager/owner of two textile/ leather luxe companies one in Africa and the other in Germany, I am a Scientist and a hard worker.

Upon retiring we bought a house in St Amand de Vergt to be nearer to some of our children, as I am the mother of 8 – 4 boys and 4 girls and grandma of 13 (at the moment!). My daughter in law is the 2022 French carriage champion with her horse Tommie.

I speak 6 languages fluently and have been decorated for services to my country.

I was the French champion of 3 disciplines with my horses at the age of 17.

My passions and hobbies are: Bridge ( I participated in the World International Bridge Competition in 2017 ), Tennis, Golf , Painting , Ocean sailing and fishing baking and making my own conserves.

I love my big dogs and my cats.

I play piano, guitar and the organ at mass when I can. I am a Member of numerous associations - one is very important for me - the 3 summer concerts in the 12th century church of my village.

I was a member of an International Ladies Club where we used to live and am heavily involved with charity work.

Lastly once you are my friend..it’s for life and I love Christmas!
