It has given me great pleasure to have been asked to be Member of the Month - especially as I am a founder member.
Someone the other day asked me how old I am. I said in my body or my head?
Because I am 86 in my body and 37 in my head.
I love travelling and have recently been to the Italian lakes.  I went there 65 years ago
from England on the back of a Lambretta.
I have lived in this area for 30 years and have loved every moment, particularly enjoying the food and wine of the region.
Gardening has been my passion, I play bridge and have recently started  pottery. I still draw and paint but not as much as I used to.
My friends call me ‘Jammy’, as they say I always fall jam side up!  Long may it last.
