CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we have to pay deposits and commit to attendee numbers in advance for our events, we ask that cancellations are made at least 7 days before the event please.

If you cancel after this point, we may still need to count you in our confirmed numbers, which means we’re usually unable to offer a refund should you have paid up-front. If something unexpected happens - illness, emergencies, or anything genuinely out of your control - please just let us know. We’ll always look at individual situations with kindness and do our best to help.
